WebChampion wise, I believe DP Cynthia to be up there with FRLG Blue in terms of toughest Champion fights. BDSP Cynthia seems to be taking the whole kittenkaboodle from what I'm hearing though as unlike the originals and Platinum, where she only had perfect IVs and no EVs, she's fully item equipped and EV trained her team to the max.
