WebMesh looks like its normals are flipped (the rubber "tire" part). Do you receive a pop-up to send a crash report? If so, I'd advise you to fill it, because we can access to many informations trough the crash report. With that being said, you could also send me your log (help > export log...), so I may personally take a deeper look.

WebNormal map seams are visible at the UV borders of the mesh even after a clean bake. Even after a perfect bake, seams can still be visible. The main reason being that a normal approximate surface information into a texture.
